Man wounded in Little Village shooting

An 18-year-old man was shot and wounded early Friday in the Little Village neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The man was walking about 1 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Sawyer Avenue when someone in a passing gray minivan fired shots, Chicago police said.

He was shot in the hand and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said. No one was in custody.
