A teenage man was shot Monday afternoon in the Park Manor neighborhood on the South Side.

At 2:20 p.m., someone shot the 18-year-old in the back in the 7200 block of South Perry, according to Chicago police.

He brought himself to St. Bernard Hospital in serious condition, police said. Area South detectives were investigating.
