Man, 18, shot in Burnside

A man was wounded in a shooting Thursday night in the Burnside neighborhood on the Far South Side.

Two people tried to rob the 18-year-old about 9 p.m. in the 1100 block of East 95th Street and he was shot in his abdomen, Chicago Police said.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in serious condition, police said.
