A 19-year-old man was wounded in a South Side shooting in the Englewood neighborhood.

He was shot in the groin at 8:54 p.m. in the 6600 block of South Union, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to St. Bernard Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
