A man was shot in the face Monday evening in the Humboldt Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The 20-year-old was standing on a street corner about 10:15 p.m. in the 2700 block of West Augusta when he heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police. He suffered a graze wound to the face.

He was in good condition at Norwegian Hospital and was later taken to Stroger Hospital, police said.
