A man was found shot to death early Wednesday in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.

Devin L. Hill, 21, was standing on the sidewalk about 6 a.m. when someone fired shots at him from a car in the 400 block of South Pulaski, Chicago Police and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office said.

Hill was stuck in the mouth and chest and was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said. He lived in the East Garfield Park neighborhood.

Area North detectives were conducting a homicide investigation.
