A man was shot in the leg Monday evening in the Bronzeville neighborhood on the South Side.

The 24-year-old was driving about 5:15 p.m. in the 4900 block of South Indiana when he realized he was shot, Chicago Police said.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
