Man, 67, missing from Albany Park

Police are searching for a 67-year-old man who went missing Saturday morning from the Albany Park neighborhood.

Ashref Halim is missing from the 6700 block of North Kedvale, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police. He suffers from Alzheimer’s and takes medication for various conditions.

Halim is known to frequent gas stations and fire stations near his Northwest Side home, or he may be downtown visiting various public parking garages where he was previously employed, police said.

He is described as a 5-foot-4, 130-pound Indian man with brown hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a tan dress coat, a dress shirt with a white collar, black pants and glasses.
