A man was grazed by a bullet Sunday evening in a North Lawndale neighborhood drive-by shooting on the West Side.

The 24-year-old told investigators he was standing on a porch about 5:35 p.m. in the 4300 block of West Grenshaw when a dark-colored minivan drove by and someone inside fire shots, according to Chicago Police.

He suffered a graze wound to the head and later showed up at Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, police said.
