A man was grazed by a bullet in a shooting early Tuesday on the Near West Side.

The 29-year-old suffered a graze wound to the head about 3:30 a.m. in the 2300 block of West Jackson, according to Chicago Police.

He refused medical attention, police said. Area Central detectives were investigating.
