Man shot in Austin

A man was wounded early Tuesday in an Austin neighborhood shooting on the West Side.

The 38-year-old was shot in the right leg about 2:55 a.m. in the 1000 block of North Latrobe, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
