Man shot in Gage Park

A man was shot Wednesday evening in the Gage Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The 20-year-old was shot in the right hand shortly before 8 p.m. in the 5000 block of South Kedzie, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Holy Cross Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.
