A man was shot in the hand Wednesday evening in the Far South Side West Pullman neighborhood.

The 46-year-old was shot about 5:05 p.m. in the 12100 block of South Halsted, Chicago Police said.

He was in good condition at MetroSouth Medical Center in Blue Island.
