A man was shot early Sunday in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side.

The 25-year-old was standing outside about 12:35 a.m. in the 4300 block of West Roosevelt when someone walked up and fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

He suffered gunshot wounds to the legs and groin and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said. The man was not cooperating with investigators.
