A 19-year-old man was shot in the right leg just after 5:30 p.m. Saturday by someone who walked up as he stood on a sidewalk in the 6700 block of South Wolcott, shot him and ran off, according to the police, who said the shooting victim was being treated at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
