Man shot in West Englewood

A man was shot to death Apr. 24, 2022, in Grand Crossing.

A 20-year-old man was shot early Sunday in the West Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

About 12:15 a.m., the man was shot multiple times in the body in the 7200 block of South Marshfield, Chicago Police said.

The victim took himself to Holy Cross Hospital and was later transferred to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, police said.

Additional details were not immediately available.
