Man, 28, shot in hand, buttocks in West Garfield Park

A 28-year-old man was shot in the hand and buttocks by someone who drove up as he stood on the sidewalk in the 4200 block of West Gladys Avenue around 8:30 a.m. Saturday, according to the police, who said he was being treated at Stroger Hospital.
