A man was seriously wounded in a shooting Saturday afternoon in the West Side Austin neighborhood.

About 2:55 p.m., the 20-year-old was standing on a corner in the 4900 block of West Ohio when someone fired shots from a passing dark-colored vehicle, according to Chicago Police.

He suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was taken to Stroger Hospital, police said.
