Man fatally shot in Englewood

A man was shot and killed Saturday night in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

About 8:40 p.m., 27-year-old Jovan R. Killingsworth was shot multiple times in the upper body in the 1100 block of West 65th Street, according to Chicago Police.

Killingsworth was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 10:21 p.m., police said. He lived in the same neighborhood as the shooting.

Area South detectives were conducting a homicide investigation.
