A man was shot Wednesday evening in the Logan Square neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

The 44-year-old was in an alley at 8:54 p.m. in the 3900 block of West Diversey when someone in a gray pickup fired at him, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center with gunshot wounds to both arms, police said. His condition was stabilized.
