WASHINGTON-The day after Mitt Romney says he will not run for president in 2016, David Axelrod, founder of the University of Chicago Institute of Politics, tweeted out that Romney will be at the IOP on April 9.

”Tons of interest. Thrilled he’s coming!,” said Axelrod in his tweet.
