A person was hit by a car Wednesday night in the Loop.

The car struck the pedestrian at 11:02 p.m. at Michigan and Monroe, according to Chicago Police.

The pedestrian – whose age, gender and condition were unknown – was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, police said. Further details were not immediately available Thursday morning.
