A man was shot to death early Saturday in northwest Indiana.
Authorities responded at 1:50 a.m. to investigate the death of a male who had been shot multiple times in the 100 block of Guthrie Avenue in East Chicago, according to the Lake County Coroner’s Office.
They found Steve Wiggins, 46, who was pronounced dead at 2:55 a.m., the coroner’s office said.
Wiggins, whose death was ruled a homicide, lived in East Chicago, authorities said.
