Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 17-year-old girl who may be in need of medication after going missing from her home in north suburban Lake Villa Saturday night.

Sarah J. Wohlrabe was last seen inside her home about 9:30 p.m. in the 23330 block of West Liberty Avenue in Lake Villa, according to the Lake County sheriff’s office.

She was gone when family members awoke Sunday morning. The girl has health concerns and doesn’t have her medication, police said.

Wohlrabe is described as a 5-foot-10, 145-pound white girl with red hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and a white or gray tank top, and may have a large, dark teal rolling suitcase, police said.

Anyone with information should call detectives at (847) 377-4000.
