Gov. Bruce Rauner’s comments suggesting some of the Chicago’s public schools are little better than “crumbling prisons” drew immediate reaction on social media. As of 4 p.m., some 720 tweets with the hashtag “#notaprison” were trending locally. Here’s a sampling:
