Two boys, 15 and 17, were wounded in a drive-by shooting by someone in a van who pulled up as the teenagers stood on a sidewalk in the 1600 block of South Springfield Avenue just after 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

The police said the 15-year-old was in serious condition with gunshot wounds to his side and left arm at Mount Sinai Hospital, and the 17-year-old was shot in the left leg.
