Two 17-year-old boys were shot Friday night in the Brighton Park neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The two were walking down the street in the 4200 block of South Archer Avenue at 7:47 p.m. when a light-colored SUV pulled up and someone inside fired shots, police said.

One boy suffered a gunshot wound to the arm, and the other was shot in the leg. They were both taken to Mount Sinai hospital, where their conditions were stabilized, police said.
