Two men were injured in a Humboldt Park neighborhood shooting late Saturday on the West Side.

The men, ages 19 and 27, were standing on the sidewalk in the 800 block of North Sacramento about 10:55 p.m. when they heard gunfire and felt pain, according to Chicago Police.

The 19-year-old was shot in the right shoulder and neck, while the older man was shot in the right buttocks, police said. They both showed up at Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital, where both of their conditions were stabilized.
