On Saturday, the President will depart from Washington, DC en route Mentor, Ohio. The departure from the South Lawn and the arrival at Cleveland Burke Lakefront Airport will be open press.

Later in the morning, the President will deliver remarks at a campaign event at Mentor High School in Mentor, Ohio. The President’s remarks will be open to pre-credentialed media.

In the afternoon, the President will depart from Mentor, Ohio en route Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The departure from Cleveland Burke Lakefront Airport and the arrival at Wisconsin Air Guard 128th Air Refueling Wing will be open press.

Later in the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks at a campaign event at the Delta Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The President’s remarks will be open to pre-credentialed media.

Schedule for the Week of November 5, 2012

On Monday, the President will travel to Madison, Wisconsin and Columbus, Ohio for campaign events. In the afternoon, the President and the First Lady will travel to Des Moines, Iowa for a campaign event. In the evening, the President and the First Lady will travel to Chicago, Illinois where they will remain overnight.

On Tuesday, the First Family will spend Election day in Chicago, Illinois.

On Wednesday, the First Family will return to Washington, DC.

The Latest
The joint statement is the latest attempt at public pressure to advance negotiations over a potential cease-fire with Israel.
A news release from NU Educators for Justice in Palestine, Student Liberation Union and Jewish Voice for Peace said the camp is meant to be “a safe space for those who want to show their support of the Palestinian people.”

The city is willing to put private interests ahead of public benefit and cheer on a wrongheaded effort to build a massive domed stadium — that would be perfect for Arlington Heights — on Chicago’s lakefront.
