In the morning, the President will travel to the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The departure from the South Lawn and the arrival at North Carolina Air National Guard Base are open press.

In North Carolina, the President will visit Daimler Trucks North America Mt. Holly Truck Manufacturing Plant where he will tour a production facility and deliver remarks on the economy. There will be travel pool coverage of the tour and the President’s remarks are open press.

In the afternoon, the President will depart North Carolina en route Washington, DC. The President’s departure from North Carolina Air National Guard Base and his arrival on the South Lawn are open press.
