WEEKEND GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2012, SUNDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2012 AND MONDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2012

On Saturday, the President has no public events scheduled.

On Sunday, the President will travel to Los Angeles, CA. The departure from the South Lawn and the arrival at Los Angeles International Airport are open press.

In the afternoon, the President will attend a campaign event at a private residence. This event is closed press.

In the evening, the President will deliver remarks at a campaign event at the Nokia Theater. This event is pooled for television and open to pre-credentialed stills and correspondents.

Later in the evening, the President will deliver remarks at a campaign event at the Ritz-Carlton. This event will be print pool for remarks.

The President will remain overnight in Los Angeles, CA.

On Monday, the President will travel to Keene, CA. The departure from the Los Angeles International Airport and the arrival at Bakersfield Meadows Field Airport are open press.

While in Keene, the President will tour the Memorial Garden, the centerpiece of the Csar E. Chvez National Monument. Following the tour, the President will deliver remarks at Villa La Paz to announce the establishment of the Csar E. Chvez National Monument. The tour of the Memorial Garden is pooled press and the President’s remarks are open to pre-credentialed media.

In the afternoon, the President will travel to San Francisco, CA. The departure from Bakersfield Meadows Field Airport and the arrival at San Francisco International Airport are open press.

Later in the afternoon, the President will attend a campaign event at The InterContinental San Francisco. This event is closed press.

In the evening, the President will deliver remarks at a campaign event at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. This event will be print pool for remarks.

Later in the evening, the President will deliver remarks at another campaign event at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. This event is pooled for television and open to pre-credentialed stills and correspondents.
