DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2013

In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. The President will then meet with senior advisors. These meetings are closed press.

In the afternoon, the President will welcome the five-time Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks to the White House to honor the team and their 2013 Stanley Cup victory. This event in the East Room is open press.

Later in the afternoon, the President and the Vice President will meet with Secretary of Defense Hagel in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

In the evening, the President will deliver remarks at an Organizing for Action event and will deliver remarks and answer questions at an Organizing for Action dinner. The President’s first remarks are pooled for TV and open to pre-credentialed correspondents. There will be print pool coverage for the dinner remarks only.
