Sen. Rand Paul, R-Kentucky, admits he “has a lot of problems with you people (mostly in DC), and today you’re going to hear about it!”

That was his early-morning message on Twitter, and Paul, who is a big fan of “Seinfeld,” is once again participating in his Festivus “airing of grievances.”

So far, he’s taken a shot at the sweater vest of Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Kentucky, but after going back and forth with Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, on Cuba, won’t air any more grievances on that matter.
