SHARE Sneed: More on Obama’s family trip to ritzy Florida resort

Chicago Sun-Times columnist Michael Sneed has a follow-up to her exclusive this past Tuesday about President Obama’s family trip to an exclusive resort in Florida. She writes:

Reef relief…

Finally: As per Sneed’s exclusive tip last Tuesday, President Obama en famille stayed this weekend at the exclusive Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Fla., the home of the nation’s uber-rich— which includes GOP gubernatorial contender Bruce Rauner. The White House would not confirm our tip until Friday!

Reef grief: The old-line conservative Ocean Reef Club members, who had put up such a stink upon learning their tranquility was going to be disturbed by an influx of Democrats, actually behaved themselves during the Obama visit.

Reef romance…

Love on the links? President Obama, who monitored the crisis in Ukraine on the Ocean Reef golf links, teed off with a foursome of friends, including sportscaster and former NFL wide receiver Ahmad Rashad and Cyrus Walker, a cousin of senior White House adviser Valerie Jarrett — whom Rashad is reportedly dating on the hush-hush!

(The other member of the foursome was former NBA player Alonzo Mourning.)
