This morning, GOP governor candidate Bruce Rauner went on WBEZ’s Morning Shift with Tony Sarabia to talk about his campaign.
At the 6:02 mark, Rauner begins talking about how he would move to Springfield and then goes on to say just how closely he wants to work with legislators.
“I want to get to know every legislator on a first name basis,” Rauner says. “I want to get to know them, their families, their hopes, their dreams, their fears, their weaknesses, their vulnerabilities. I want to get to know them well and use my knowledge to develop a personal relationship with them.”
