President Barack Obama heads to Florida today where he does a roundtable with students and workers in Orlando and then heads to the Miami area for fundraisers for the Democratic National Committee and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

THURSDAY, MARCH 20, 2014

In the morning, the President will travel to Orlando, Florida. The departure from the South Lawn and arrival at Orlando International Airport are open press.

In Orlando, the President will participate in a roundtable with a group of Valencia College students and local workers and deliver remarks about the challenges these groups face, and the steps the Administration can continue to take, to expand economic opportunity for women and working families. The arrival and departure of Air Force One are open press. There will be a pool spray of the roundtable and the President’s remarks are open to pre-credentialed media.

Following this event, the President will depart Orlando en route Miami. The departure from Orlando International Airport and the arrival at Miami International Airport are open press.

In Miami, the President will attend a DNC event. Following this, the President will deliver remarks and answer questions at a DCCC dinner. The DNC event is closed press and the DCCC event is open to the print pool for remarks only.

In the evening, the President will depart Miami en route Washington, D.C. The departure from Miami International Airport and the arrival on the South Lawn are open press.
