SHARE Poll: Hillary Clinton’s top selling point in 2016? She’s female

A new Gallup poll shows that Americans say that if Hillary Clinton runs for president in 2016, her top selling point is that she’d be the country’s first female in the Oval Office.

Forget about her experience and background. Being female beat out what people perceive as her next biggest quality — her experience — by a 2-to-1 margin.

Here’s a closer look at the poll, which was conducted March 15-16.

On the other hand, when those polled were asked about the most negative points of a run in 2016, 4 percent simply said they don’t want a woman president.
