Vice President Joe Biden spoke Saturday night at the Human Rights Campaign Los Angeles Gala, in which he gave a passionate speech and called on Congress to outlaw workplace discrimination against gays.

During his 30-minute speech, the VP made some very good points, and there’s no better way to get them across than with some finger pointing and hand waving — especially if you’re Biden.
