IRVING, Texas— Their presidential plans may be uncertain but one thing is clear: Jeb Bush and Hillary Rodham Clinton keep bumping into each other.

Bush and Clinton were appearing Monday at an education conference in suburban Dallas organized by Bush, the former Florida governor who is the son and brother of U.S. presidents.

Clinton and Bush are both weighing presidential bids, and the conference offers a bipartisan twist for the two dominant political families of the late 20th century.

It was at least the third time in the past year that Bush and Clinton were crossing paths. Both attended the April 2013 dedication of the presidential library of George W. Bush in Dallas. In September, Bush, who is chairman of the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, presented Clinton with the Liberty Medal.
