President Obama has been making the rounds in March to promote signup for Obamacare as the March 31 deadline approaches.

But his stops have hardly been usual. From “Between the Ferns” to social media, the president has come under some criticism in his efforts to reach the youthful — read: healthy — base the Affordable Care Act needs to remain sustainable. 

Jay Pharoah took on is role as Barack Obama in a cold open on “Saturday Night Live” last night to lampoon the effort, culminating in a mouth-to-mouth kiss with Justing Bieber, played by Kate McKinnon
