Mitch McConnell may have brought the gun Thursday to the Conservative Political Action Conference, but Donald Trump was the one who killed off former President Jimmy Carter.
During his comments, Trump said the United States is becoming a third-world country, estimated the true unemployment rate to be as high as 22 percent and said President Barack Obama’s approval rating is getting close to “the late, great Jimmy Carter.”
Only problem is, the 39th president isn’t dead. And Carter’s grandson, James Carter, was quick to chime in.
I pretty sure I would have heard about that. RT @eliasisquith: Trump seems to think Jimmy Carter is dead: “The late, great Jimmy Carter"
