A Rasmussen Reports poll released today shows that Democratic voters believe Hillary Clinton will lock up the party’s nomination — even thought she hasn’t yet launched a 2016 presidential bid.

Of 1,000 likely Democratic voters polled, 91 percent said she’s the likely party nominee.

This comes even after her favorability ratings are slightly down from when she was Secretary of State.

Overall, 51 percent of those polled say they have “at least as somewhat favorable opinion” of her.
