Who’s the better dancer — Charles Rangel or Rahm Emanuel?

Politicians love to show off their moves for their constituents. Congressman Charles Rangel (D-NY) is just the latest in a long string of them and he showed off his moves over the weekend at the 22nd annual Ethnic Festival in East Harlem.

We’d be crazy to not compare Rangel’s performance to Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s.
