State Senate President John Cullerton, Senate GOP Leader Christine Radogno and House Republican Leader Jim Durkin are speaking today at an “Illinois Leaders Discuss Their Top Priorities” luncheon at the Union League Club of Chicago.

The luncheon, sponsored by the Illinois Campaign for Political Reform, starts at noon.
