While a third of voters say their health coverage has changed becuase of Obamacare, half of them say it hasn’t had a positive or negative impact on them, a new Rasmussen Reports poll shows.

Specifically, 16 percent say they’ve been helped by the law, while 31 percent say they’ve been hurt by the law.

In April, only 23 percent said they considered the law to be a success.

From Rasmussen:

Thirty-two percent (32%) now believe having the federal government establish a single set of standards and regulations will do more to reduce health care costs than letting states compete to determine the most effective standards and guidelines. That also is consistent with prior findings. A majority (54%) still thinks letting states compete is a better way to reduce costs, up from 51% in the previous survey. Fourteen percent (14%) are undecided.
