Rep. Vance McAllister, the married GOP congressman from Louisiana who got caught on camera kissing a staffer, has refunded thousands of dollars in campaign donations he received from the woman and her husband.

The Times-Picayune reports that McAllister made two refunds of $2,600 each to Melissa Peacock, and another two refunds for the same amounts to Heath Peacock, the woman’s husband.

Federal Election Commission records show the donations were made in Oct. 2013, just a month before McAllister won a run-off election in the 5th Congressional District.

After the video was released, McAllister announced he would not seek re-election, but on June 30, announced he’s had a change of heart.
