A clear majority of voters rank Hillary Clinton’s time as Secretary of State as anything but excellent, a new poll shows.

Only 14 percent give her the highest mark, “excellent,” according to a Politico poll.

Nearly a third of voters (32 percent) gave her a poor mark, while 21 percent said she did a fair job and 28 percent said her job performance was good. Six percent either weren’t sure or declined to answer.

The survey was done in districts and states with the most competitive congressional races.

There was a strong divide in results along party lines. While 15 percent of Democrats gave her a fair or poor rating, 86 percent of Republicans said she was fair to poor.
