By combing recent data from the Kaiser Family Foundation on Affordable Care Act enrollees with information on new Medicaid recipients, personal finance website WalletHub has projected the rate of uninsured residents in 43 states before and after the implementation of Obamacare. Massachusetts ranked #1 with just 1.2% of resident uninsured while Texas ranked last with the highest rate (24.8%). Click on a state to see the percentage of residents without health insurance.
