With patriotic music playing in the background, the campaign for Gov. Pat Quinn on Monday released a new TV ad hitting his opponent Bruce Rauner for investing some of his fortune in the Cayman Islands as well as business practices associated with his firm GTCR.

This is only the latest in the ad war that’s intensified early on in this gubernatorial campaign.
