It’s Constitution Day, and here’s a fine example of your government dollars at work.

Rep. Darrell Issa, R-California, is tweeting out the entire Constitution. Because what better way to read it than 140 characters at a time?

Earlier this morning, he warned all of his followers:

He soon made it through Article I.

After making some significant progress, Issa then had to take a break.

Last week, former White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer was tweeting his personal and very touching account of the Sept. 11, and also had to take a break in the middle of the day.

Don’t any of these guys know they can use a handy little thing called Tweetdeck to schedule tweets and avoid these awkward silences?
